Which countries do you deliver to?
For now we deliver within the United States only. PO boxes, military addresses and U.S. territories may not be available, and checkout will let you know if we cannot reach your address.

What if I want to send something back?
That is fine. Unused pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and you start the process on the Request a Return page. You cover return postage unless the piece arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.
How do I look after plated jewelry?
Keep it dry, remove it before you swim, shower or work out, and store it in a pouch away from perfume and lotion. A gentle wipe with a soft cloth after wearing helps it last.
